I've recently started blogging over at Prevention.com about my fitness and health goals! My first post recently went live, and I'd love for you to visit and say "hi!"
I'm excited about blogging over there because not only are there a ton of great tools and ideas, but it'll help keep me honest and on track. I truly want to go into next summer quite a bit lighter and quite a bit stronger.
My goal for August is to start walking again. I've got a good start -- 2 days in a row now walking 1.3 miles and then spending an hour or so in the pool with the kids. My bum ankle feels better with just that little bit of exercise.
