I walked just over 9 miles last week! I really love my new pedometer, especially since it helped me track the miles at the zoo we visited on Friday. Those miles were walked at a nearby park, the loop of our neighborhood, and the zoo. (Obviously, I walked more than 9 miles over the week - but those are the miles that I dedicated to walking exercise, not just daily life.)
For my first week of keeping track, I'm proud of my efforts.
