Old El Paso Coupons

When I'm looking for a quick, easy dinner and we've already had spaghetti, another favorite is Mexican.  Old El Paso products make dinner at home easier and more convenient, because I can keep the products in my pantry for those "What's for dinner?" moments.

Star Wars Themed Cereals (giveaway!)

When I opened the box with these cereal boxes inside, Colin's first response was "Why are they sending you cereal?" But, when he pulled them out and caught a look at the Star Wars artwork on the back, he said "Ohhh, cool!!"

As you can see, when you get 3 of the specially marked boxes (available exclusively at Wal-Mart), you can have a neat panorama of Star Wars on your counter! You can also hear how disappointed the kids will be when you suggest that the boxes be put away in the pantry!

I am excited that I can send one of my readers their own special Star Wars Themed boxes, as well as a $35 gift card to Wal-Mart. My kids were very excited when the latest 9 disc, Blu-Ray release of Star Wars The Complete Saga that was first available for sale September 16.  They insisted that we put our gift card towards the purchase of a set for themselves. Remember Count Chocula?? (Giveaway!)

 Do you remember eating Count Chocula cereal as a kid?  I do!  I also remember Boo Berry and Franken Berry, but my favorite was Count Chocula!!  (Did you know it was introduced in 1971? It was the first chocolate-flavored cereal with chocolate-flavored marshmallow bits.)

General Mills has produced these 3 favorites with a new look -- just in time for Halloween.  Look for them at your local Target from now until Halloween.

We received a box of each recently, and Colin was especially excited when he realized they included marshmallow bits along with the cereal.  They were quite the treat, and they are gone already.  (So, if you were thinking you could come over and relive your childhood, you can't.  You'll have to get your own.)

Box Tops (and a $25 grocery gift card giveaway!)

Last summer, when I was lucky enough to attend Table Talk at General Mills, bloggers were talking about collecting box tops.  Since we were homeschooling, I never really thought about box tops (even though I remembered seeing them on packages.)  This year, the boys will attend our neighborhood school, and I have already seen requests for box tops on the school website.
