I have long been...Great that you're doing this! I have long been committed to recycling but have been extremely disappointed by my current building management (for a rental). While the city requires multi-unit buildings to provide recycling bins, mine hasn't bothered to comply despite my complaints. And the city also closed their recycling center! I can take some things to work, but that's not the best solution.
